Bolognaise Sauce (Takes 15 minutes)

One jar of tomato sauce (see "Basic Tomato Sauce")
Half a packet of frozen vegetarian mince
One packet of dried lasagne
4 teaspoons of oil
2 onions
1 carrot
1 piece of celery (only if you have it)
Whole nutmeg

Put 3 teaspoons of oil in a medium saucepan then peel the carrot and grate it into the saucepan and peel and finely chop the onion and celery and add them to the saucepan.

Fry the vegetables gently on the hob over a low heat for 4 minutes then stir in the mince and finely grate in a quarter of a nutmeg (be careful of your fingers!) continue to fry for a further 3 minutes and mix in the tomato sauce and hey you’ve made bolognaise sauce!

(Note to men; Nutmeg is a spice, not just the slang for when a footballer kicks a ball between his opponents legs)
