For most of these recipes you will need one or two gas or electric rings and you may also need an oven too. For some recipes a microwave oven might do but not things that need to be crispy like pies or pizza .
At least one large flat chopping board of wood, plastic etc.
Large knife with a sharp blade about 15cm or 7 inches in length.
Smaller knife for preparing vegetables.
Bread knife with ‘saw’ wwwwww - blade
Potato peeler
Potato masher
Cheese grater
Large plastic, glass or china mixing bowl
Small plastic, glass or china mixing bowl
Rolling pin or use a clean bottle
Cling film and silver foil
Flat metal baking tray
Deep metal baking tray
Oven proof dish any shape
Large tall pot for cooking rice, pasta or soup
Medium size saucepan
Small milk-pan
Non-stick frying pan
Colander or sieve
Measuring jug
Whisk
Long handled wooden spoon
Cheap electric food blender if possible
Set of scales
Teaspoon
