Box4Life - Boxing Club
Box4Life trains boys and girls aged 8-16 in non-contact boxing skills under ABA qualified coaches and local volunteers.
Box 4 Life is a boxing club for young people in Cathall and Cann Hall
The club is about fitness and focus in boxing - and in life as well. It aims to build resilience and positive aspirations in young people.
Short workshops on healthy eating and social issues are included in the sessions and there is a programme of external trips during school holidays.
Key decisions are made jointly by adults and young people - both the name and logo were chosen in this way.

Box4Life is based in the Community Halls of Cann Hall Baptist Church on Tuesday evenings between 6.30 and 8.15 pm.
Also at Cathall Leisure Centre, Cathall Road E11 4LA. Friday nights at 6.00 - 7.30pm ages 8 - 12 years old & 7.30 - 9.00 ages 13 - 16 years old
